These terms explain shopping on duayork.com. Our Delivery Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy provide further information.

Products and sizing

Read the description, measurements and selected colour and size before adding an item to your bag. Displays can affect how colours appear. Descriptions and your legal rights take priority over general campaign imagery. Contact us if a product detail is unclear.

Prices and offers

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless another currency is expressly selected. Your bag and checkout show the applicable offers and total payable before you place an order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Promotional conditions shown with an offer apply; we will not add an extra charge without your agreement.

Placing an order

Select your items and variants, review your bag, enter accurate contact and delivery details, then review the order and complete payment. An order acknowledgement records your request; acceptance is confirmed when we send the dispatch confirmation. If an item cannot be supplied or a material pricing error is identified, we will contact you and refund any payment for an order we cannot fulfil.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Our delivery and refund policies set out the current arrangements, the 30-day return offer and applicable cancellation rights. Contact us promptly about an order change. An item being dispatched does not remove statutory cancellation rights.

Using the website

Use the website lawfully. Do not misuse accounts, interfere with security or submit misleading order information. We may correct website errors; changes to these terms apply to future orders and do not retrospectively remove rights under an existing order.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer protections, liability that cannot legally be excluded, or your rights where goods are faulty, misdescribed or not supplied.
