Refund policy

30-day returns

Changed your mind? Email support@duayork.com within 30 days of delivery, stating your order number and the items you want to return. We will provide the return instructions and correct address. Please contact us before posting a return so it reaches the right destination.

For the additional return period beyond your statutory cancellation rights, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags where supplied. Trying an item on to check its fit does not by itself remove your statutory rights.

Cancellation rights

For eligible online purchases, you can tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. You may notify us before delivery; dispatch does not remove this right.

Return costs

You pay the return postage for a change-of-mind return. Keep proof of postage. If goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us so we can arrange the appropriate remedy and necessary return costs. Photos can help us assess a problem, but do not replace your legal rights.

Refunds

Eligible refunds go to the original payment method. For a statutory cancellation, we refund within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Standard outbound delivery charges, if paid, are included; an upgrade above standard delivery is not. A lawful deduction may apply for handling beyond what is needed to examine the goods. For our extended return offer, refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the return.

Sale items retain their statutory protections. We do not impose a blanket no-refund rule on discounted products. Nothing in this policy limits your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Optional cancellation message

You may email: “I wish to cancel my order [order number], ordered on [date] and received on [date]. Items: [items]. Customer name: [name].” You do not have to use this wording.
